Group OPDE, formed by the companies OPDE, MECASOLAR and PROINSO, has had one of the fastest developments since 2005 when it was created. The company OPDE within the group is devoted to:

• The localisation of plants and their development
• Engineering and Construction using the EPC mode.
• Financing through Equity using diverse modes of Private Equity/Project Finance
• Operate and Maintenance of photovoltaic plants, with PR and availability guarantees

These plants are carried out to remain producing energy, in order to incorporate them in the portfolios of diverse pensions plans or investment funds we work up. Plants are located in diverse markets, essentially in Spain, Italy, the USA and France, where there is a pipeline of more than 65 MW in Italy, and 30 MW between Spain, France and the USA. The objective is to reach more than 200 MW for 2012 in those markets.

To do so it is ready to acquire licenses in diverse states of development in markets in FRANCE, the USA and ITALY.
