Group OPDE, comprising the companies OPDE, MECASOLAR and PROINSO, has had one of the fastest developments from year 2005, the year in which it was created. Currently in different countries OPDE has:

• Sold Photovoltaic plants and in addition conducts their Operation and the Maintenance.
• Plants in Operation and maintenance, still not sold and that are in the process of selling.
• Plants that are under construction and that will enter into operation shortly. Currently in the process of selling.
• Plants Legalized 100% or in the legalization process and that will shortly begin their construction process and which can be commercialized.

The commercialization of these Photovoltaic plants is geared towards their incorporation in the portfolios of diverse pension plans or investment funds.
Grupo OPDE photovoltaic plants are located in different markets essentially in Spain, Italy, the USA, France and others.
The aim of Group ODPE is to reach more than 200 MW for 2012.
