How long do we keep your data?
As long as the commercial or contractual relationship is kept and the user does not request its erasure. Once the commercial or contractual relationship is concluded, the data will be kept as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations, in order to respond to possible incidents of the services performed. Once the responsibilities derived from these legal obligations have been prescribed, your data will be erased. In case of advertising sending, they will be kept until you ask us to erase them.
Do we create profiles with your data and/or make automated decisions?
With the data provided, no profiles or automated decisions are made.
What legitimizes the processing of your data?
The consent granted by the interested party for the aforementioned purposes.
The tracking of the correct provision of the service and/or the correct contract execution.
